This agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between you (referred to herein as "the User" or "you") and Northeast Cold Plunge, operated by Meadow Pond LLC (referred to herein as "we," "us," or "our"). Please read these terms of service carefully before using our website or purchasing our products. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services.
SECTION 1 - GENERAL TERMS

SECTION 2 - PRODUCTS OR SERVICES
Our products and services are custom-made cold plunges. They are designed for cold plunge therapy and not intended for other purposes.
SECTION 3 - WARRANTY
We provide a one-year warranty on parts, which covers the chiller, pump, and filter of the cold plunge. This warranty applies to manufacturing defects and malfunctions that occur under normal use conditions. Other components and aspects of the cold plunge are not covered under this warranty.
SECTION 4 - ORDER ACCEPTANCE AND CUSTOMIZATION
After receiving your order, we will reach out to you to confirm the specifics of your custom-made cold plunge, including size, features, and any other customization details. Once you confirm these details, the order is considered accepted. Custom-made cold plunges cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
SECTION 5 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made on our site. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
SECTION 6 - OPTIONAL TOOLS
We may provide you with access to third-party tools. You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools "as is" and "as available" without any warranties or conditions. We shall have no liability for your use of optional third-party tools.
SECTION 7 - THIRD-PARTY LINKS
Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content of these websites and do not warrant or have any liability for any third-party materials or websites.

You acknowledge and agree that Northeast Cold Plunge, operated by Meadow Pond LLC, shall not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of our cold plunges. This includes, but is not limited to, damages caused by freezing pipes, flooding, or any other issues that may arise from the use or installation of our products. You assume all responsibility for the proper installation, use, and maintenance of our products, and we disclaim any liability for damages arising therefrom.
SECTION 17 - ASSUMPTION OF RISK
You understand and acknowledge that the use of our cold plunges involves inherent risks, including the risk of injury, illness, or death. You voluntarily assume all such risks associated with the use of the cold plunge and agree that Northeast Cold Plunge, operated by Meadow Pond LLC, shall not be held liable for any resulting injury, illness, or death.
By using our products and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions, and you voluntarily agree to be bound by them.
